For each of us, our passion for interior design drives to share our philosophy about beautiful living with others. Christie Tinsley
With 30 years in the staffing industry, Christie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in leading business strategy and planning, providing market insights to support overall positioning. She is known for her prioritization and execution while managing organizational change and acceleration business growth.
As someone who enjoys beauty, art and design, Christie has been designing spaces for over 20 years. Friends and business colleagues have made many requests for her assistance in refreshing or designing their homes to their specifications. It is a true labor of love.
Karen DiSalvi
With 30+ years in the high-tech industry as an operations program manager, Karen has a vast wealth of knowledge and experience in operational and inventory management, providing smooth execution and attention to detail to ensure all milestones are achieved on-time and on budget.
Karen has always had an appreciation for art and creating beautiful spaces to accent and showcase the pieces to their full extent. She has a keen eye for each piece and where it will live in the home to bring the most joy and inspiration!
Caitlin Brookshaw
What Caitlin, Chico State University alum and certified color expert, loves most about good design is the emotion it evokes within people. Says Caitlin, “Beautiful and creative design is so personal to the observer and it inspires us each differently. The creative process in working to bring each client’s vision to fruition is what motivates me to work so hard. My mother and aunt have always emphasized beauty in our surroundings, and I enjoy helping others to create it in their own spaces, according to whatever inspires them!”
Working successfully, Christie Tinsley (aunt), Karen DiSalvi (mother) and Caitlin Brookshaw (daughter & niece), on a number of design and staging projects we decided to take the next step and formally create a family-owned design business. With our combined business skills and mutual love of designing homes and offices, it only made sense to name our business CKC Design Partners!
